- Physician and Midlevel Evaluation and Care
- Ultimate Urgent Care Centers is dedicated to having a physician and/or one or two midlevel providers on at all times seeing and caring for patients. The midlevel providers are highly trained Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners who are capable of caring for patients on their own, but who will always have the physician to consult on any and all cases. Most of our providers are ER experienced, many of them trained as emergency medicine specialists. This level of service is part of our Mission.
- Nursing and Patient Care Techs
- Our nursing staff members are primarily ER experienced RN's and Patient Care Technicians bringing you top level care in a compassionate, caring manner.
- EKG
- Ultimate Urgent Care Centers performs 12 Lead electrocardiograms.
- Lab
- Laboratory tests include simple urinalysis, blood counts, chemistry analysis (CMP) as well as rapid strep, urine pregnancy tests, flu and RSV swab tests.
- Xray
- We are able to take plain film xrays of chest, abdomen, extremities, spine, skull and facial bones.
- Fractures
- Fracture care is accomplished through proper immobilization of the injury with appropriately applied plaster or fiberglass splinting followed by referral to orthopedic specialists.
- Laceration Repair and Wound Care
- Our providers are expert at wound care, simple to complex laceration repair.
- School Physicals
- Sports physicals - talk to your school regarding arrangements with our clinic.
- Initial Acute Care of Industrial Injuries
- Injuries on the job will be evaluated and treated. Back to work status will be determined. Limited follow up visits will be arranged and specialist referral will be made if indicated.
- Flu Shots
- We will be offering seasonal flu immunizations.
